the blackfeet nation, at least the part i saw, is pretty poor. it's depressingly sad. we destroyed the buffalo, we destroyed them, and we destroyed their way of life. i'm sure we didn't do the flathead tribes any favors, either, but their lands in mission valley seem better cared for and their pride somewhat intact. not the blackfeet.
i ran into a woman, a missionary from minnesota. they're here to help repair and paint buildings. we did so well the first time.
